Start of the design plans for the pandas reader, SearchIndex, and AsyncSearchIndex Basic functionality TODO: - tests - cli - error handling
tests for reader and index classes. Code for the tests looks much simpler from a library prospective
Adapt the load CLI and the example using pickled DF. Add JSON support

Description
Basic functionality and implementation of #7 and #5 with some slight modifications to the design for the Reader.
